Saying farewell to one of my mentors/friends/antagonist from work today. He's moving on to bigger and better things and I am stoked for how God worked everything out for him and his beautiful family, but I am bummed to be left behind.

Thankful for this guideline for workouts. And an accountability partner. And youtube instruction videos.

Stuck on another song. But you'll have to wait til Monday to find out which one. ;)

Beyond stoked to see two of my best friends/brothers next week.

Loving this self portrait I found on my camera.

Getting back in the groove of being a student.

Blown away by this simple truth. "God is searching for people for whom he can show his strength...God aims to glorify himself in everything he does. And the glory of his self-sufficient power and wisdom shines most brightly not when he looks like he depends on the work of others, but when he makes plain that he himself does the work." -Piper

"From of old no one has heard or perceived by the ear, no eye has  seen a God besides you, who acts for those who wait for him." Isaiah 64:4
"For even the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many." Mark 10:45
"casting all your anxieties on him [God], because he cares for you." 1 Peter 5:7
